Note: The coins cataloged in RIC X 3805-3819 are described by J. P. C. Kent (pp. 233-234) as possible coinage of Bonifatius in Carthago, during the
usurpation of Iohannes (423-425). However, it is now believed that they are rather vandal coins,
minted in 439-455, in the reign
of Gaiseric (G. Bijovsky, 2014) or perhaps by his successor Huneric,
between 477 and 484 (C. Morrison, 2010).
